The hotel is in need of refurbishment, how shocking, really! The creaky stairs woke me up every night. I thought surely a place like this would offer a complimentary snack for such trouble, but alas, nothing. You'd think a hotel with this reputation would have sorted their toilet issues, but no, the seat was peeling!

The breakfast was excellent for a hotel of this rating with cheeses, ham, meat or cheeses. The location was peaceful close to railway station...

Our comfort queen room included a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV set. A huge variety of fab food, we really enjoyed it. The venue was set in the central position close enough to the center or the tourist office and all transport. Had nice dainties at Cafe de la Gare, located close to the hotel.

The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from both the charming old town and the train station.
The lack of hot coffee options at breakfast was disappointing. Only instant coffee was available.

Charming little hotel right next to the train station. My room was spacious with lovely decor, and oh, that cozy bed, I melted into it! Just a short stroll to the historic sights, fabulous!
My only quibble? The street noise was a bit much. I thought I was at rush hour during my snooze! The stairs were giving me a mini workout. Who needs a gym?

The hotel is charming and well-situated next to the train station. While there’s no elevator, the staff are helpful, even lending umbrellas on rainy days. Soundproofing could be improved as some internal noise was noticeable at night.

Comfort and charm in the heart of Tours!
The rooms were super cute and comfy. The lady at the front desk was a gem, really went out of her way to help us find dinner. Plus, those fresh croissants at breakfast? Yum! A bit noisy in the morning, but the location made up for it. Definitely worth a visit!
